As I continue on this journey to get healthy, I will be posting links and information on workouts that have helped me.
- Leslie Sansone- Walk Away the Pounds/Walk ‘n Tone This is great for those who are just starting out. It contains a nice brisk walk as well as many muscle toning exercises. I personally love it and have purchased a few of her DVDs for $9-$13 at Target (they’re pretty much the same with small tweaks such as pace and intensity…some have added workouts as well).
